    Al-Ain Museum: The oldest museum in the country was opened in the year 1971 under the leadership of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The museum was built to showcase the archaeological artifacts founded from the area and the museum showcases the history of the city from the stone age through the foundation of the nation. The ethnographic section of the museum helps you in learning about the culture and arts of the region and its historic civilization. The archaeological section showcases artifacts from the area which includes flint tools and arrowheads dating to the sixth millennium BCE.     Al Jahili Fort Al Ain; Established to protect the palms tree’s in the region the fort is one of the largest in the UAE. The fort opened its gate to the public in the year 2008, has been one of Al Ain's major points of interest. The notable displays are the rare collections of photographs by British adventurer, desert explorer, and writer Wilfred Thesiger with a focus on his journeys into the Empty Quarter during the 1940s.

    Jebel Hafit Mountain: Bordered with Oman, above 1240 meter Jebel Hafit peak is highest in the Emirate and second highest in the UAE.
