I recently had the pleasure of joining a tour organized by Surprise Tourism Tours, and it was an absolutely remarkable experience from beginning to end. The professionalism and dedication of the team truly stood out, making this journey unforgettable.

A special mention goes to Samar, our professional guide, who made the tour even more exceptional. Samar’s proficiency in Spanish was a huge plus, ensuring that all explanations and stories were clear and engaging. Beyond her expertise, Samar was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the tour.

The tour itself was packed with stunning highlights. The panoramic view of Downtown Dubai was simply breathtaking, showcasing the city’s vibrant and modern skyline. We visited Dubai Marina, where the magnificent Ain Dubai stood as a symbol of architectural brilliance. The stop at Palm Jumeirah Island, with a photo opportunity in front of the iconic Atlantis The Palm Hotel, was another standout moment.

One of my favorite parts was the photostop at the luxurious Burj Al Arab, followed by a visit to Souk Madinat Jumeirah, a charming marketplace that beautifully blends Dubai’s rich culture with its modern flair. The tour concluded with a visit to the Dubai Mall, where we enjoyed a spectacular panoramic view of the majestic Burj Khalifa.

The experience was made even more comfortable with air-conditioned vehicle transfers, and the convenience of pick-up and drop-off from Dubai International Airport (DXB) was a thoughtful touch. Moreover, a personal incident turned into a testament to their excellent service—I mistakenly left my souvenirs in the car, but the team went above and beyond to return them to me after the tour ended. This level of care and attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience.

The one and only Saad (Sam), the pilot you can trust - from Surprise Tourism provide a piece of mind when you travel to Dubai. Professional, possess deep local knowledge, enthusiastic, energetic, coordinates the itinerary effectively, never late, always helpful, always smiling, always ready to go en extra mile to provide best experience ( he even created a video clip with music for us, from the pictures taken during our 2 days encounter). Touring Dubai couldn’t have been any easier. Saad aka Sam has been a wonderful guide to us. He gave pretty good insight into the culture, food and hospitality. Gave us tips about bargaining with local vendors and also helped with haggling.

We recently visited Dubai and had the pleasure of having Saad (aka Sam) as our guide. He was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.

Saad gave us great advice and recommendations on where to shop at the Dubai Gold and Spice Souks, and he made sure we were properly dressed for our visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. His attention to detail and care made our trip both smooth and memorable.

We did the Classic Dubai City Tour, which included a drive through the beautiful residential areas of Jumeirah, a stop at the Jumeirah Mosque, a visit to the Al Bastakiya area, and an Abra ride across Dubai Creek to explore the Gold and Spice Souks. We also visited Abu Dhabi Corniche, Marina Mall, Heritage Village, and ended our day at the stunning Louvre Abu Dhabi.

Throughout the tour, Saad shared insights about local culture and customs and happily answered all our questions. His passion for his work and for Dubai really made this tour special.

I highly recommend Saad to anyone visiting Dubai. He made our trip truly unforgettable!

First, I wanna start with my private driver. He was the most polite, respectful, accommodating gentlemen ever. He made us feel very comfortable. He was always on time the most delightful person to be around.

Secondly, I want to acknowledge my tour guide Zeba. Her knowledge and wisdom is absolutely exquisite her ability to articulate and share historical and geographical history about Dubai is absolutely stunning. She was equipped in every aspect. There was no gaps. She gave us information starting in 1800s how Dubai came to be a nation to what Dubai is going to be in the future. I love her spirit her love for Dubai and her wisdom and knowledge is just absolutely untouchable.

Today my family and I went on a safari and we had a blast with Ahmed alafifi our tour director and Faysal our driver did a great job guiding us to the best spots in the sand dunes and chose the nice location for pictures plus they made sure to make us comfortable and safe let me assure you that each time I'll visit Dubai I'll call Suprise Tourism and ask for Ahmed since he was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and fun to take us on more desert safaris and other tours around the UAE

We recently used TravelLocal to book a 7-day tour of Dubai before a conference. TravelLocal exceeded our expectations in both the preplanning of the trip and during the trip. They had great suggestions of what to see and do each day and worked everything we had prioritized into the list. They also recommended hotels for our accommodation. They were very detailed and clear and the pricing was great!!!

Their people on the ground in Dubai communicated with us each day on WhatsApp sending all the entrance tickets we needed. We had the same driver and guide each day and they were great!

If you are visiting Dubai some of the must-sees:
Dubai Old Town and New Town, Bastakia area - the Souks (markets), take an Abar boat ride across the river, the Miracle Garden, Global Village, Dhow Cruise, Burj Khalifa (tallest building in the world), Dubai Mall and Fountain show, the Marina. Do a day trip to Al Ain (make sure they take you to the camel market) and to Abu Dhabi the capital.

We found Dubai very safe and you can drink the water. The people are friendly but they do ask that you dress respectfully (shoulders and knees covered for women and no t-shirts with rude comments or pictures) We found some Europeans wearing skimpy clothing.

I would definitely use TravelLocal for our next trip!!

My experience in Dubai was ecstatic! From arrival to the last day. Ibrahim did an amazing job! We had an experience of a lifetime in Dubai and Abu Dhabi! We visited the yas Waterworld, Ferrari yas island, amazing shopping malls, Burj Khalifa, the fountain, palm Jumeirah, desert safaris, frame, miracle garden and many more. I can attest the best company to go with would be Ibrahim Surprise tour company. The tour guides are amazing and experienced. I also found them to be very patient. Hotel choice was the best! So much to say about Ibrahim!

Second visit to Dubai with Surprise.
This time I wanted a more cultural tour of some of the other places in UAE, including Fujaira and Al Ain.
Stephen, from Surprise, put together a good itinerary which met my needs and I absolutely loved it!
Many of my meals were included.
Within Dubai I also visited Global Village, Miracle Garden and Aya Universe.
Would definitely recommend having gold cappuccino at The Palace of the Emirates and visiting Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.
My driver Hussain was also really good.
I am planning my next trip already!
